Our Cultural Heritage and Tradition
Farming/Agriculture in Agu-Settlements
Farming is in Aguobu-Iwollo’s culture. Our forefathers had their houses in the town where they stay during the dry season and farm settlements known as “Agu” where they stay during the raining season.
Living close to the farm during planting season enables them to cultivate as much as they can with their families, and subsequently have enough to eat and trade during the dry season.
Below are the farm settlements put up for the purpose of securing the boarders of Iwollo.
